Like a great bottle of wine that gets better over time, the same can be said about Mr. Rory Hascall’s reputation within the international gaming community.  Mr. Hascall’s’ extraordinary accomplishments can be directly traced back to his humble upbringing in Iowa, where deals are still honored by a gentleman’s handshake and a man’s reputation is worth its weight in gold.  But what separates Rory from other industry leaders is a combination of his thorough knowledge and understanding in all aspects of the gaming industry accompanied with his uncanny ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with his VIP players, staff, and colleagues.

Well known as a “gaming insider” on the world renowned Las Vegas Strip, Mr. Hascall’s foundation as a Las Vegas executive began after college in 1989 at Steve Wynn’s famous Mirage Resort and Casino in Race and Sportsbook Management.  Long standing casino executives quickly took notice of Rory’s accomplishments including innovations in systems and proprietary development and when it was time open Treasure Island, they called on Rory Hascall to lead the way in Race and Sports. 

In 1995 Rory was tapped as a key Vice President of Casino Operations for Station Casinos, most successful locals Casino Company.  His role included direct oversight of Table Games, Slots, Bingo, Poker and naturally Race and Sports Book Management.  In 2001 Rory’s career again excelled as he accepted a Vice President Casino Operations position at the famed New York New York Casino where he solidified his reputation for his visionary thinking and maximizing previously unrealized revenue potential in all aspects of Casino Operations.  Later he brought that same expertise to Vice Presidents positions at Luxor and Stratosphere Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.

Rory has demonstrated the ability to work with people from all backgrounds and lifestyles with a positive and proactive approach. Mr. Hascall has championed very worthy causes including Leadership and Diversity initiatives at MGM –Mirage and gives back to the community through his affiliations with UNLV’s Mentorship Program, Emergency Relief Fund, The Reach Program and numerous others.

When away from work Rory enjoys spending time with his son Zach, trout fishing and relaxing at his cabin in the mountains of Utah while in the United States. Now residing in Jaco, Costa Rica walking on the beach has become Rory’s favorite pastime.
