Construction moving rapidly at Croc's Casino Resort!

Construction has been moving at a brisk pace and already the 4th floor is under construction here at Croc's Casino Resort in sunny Jaco Beach, Costa Rica.

The project has been going full steam for a few months now. With the hard work of EDICA, and a staff of Costa Rican construction workers totaling around 100, with 60 being directly from the Jaco Area, the project is due to be completed ahead of schedule.

Already a number of the 44 beachfront condos that will complete the 17-story structure, along with hotel rooms, a Las-Vegas style Casino and four restaurants, have been sold. The project is scheduled to be completed early in 2014 and condo units in Studio, 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom, 3 Bedroom and 2-story Penthouse units, are currently for sale. Croc's Casino Resort is well underway.  Just starting on the second floor after just 2 short months is nothing short of extraordinary.  The grey work will be complete around May/June and that means 
topping off ceremony.

BIG CONSTRUCTION HAPPENING. DECEMBER 2014 ANTICIPATED OPENING.

WELL WE CAN'T SHOW YOU EVERYTHING! 

But big construction has been underway for the past 1.5 months at Croc's Casino Resort.  Big equipment,  doing a big job.  Seems we are on pace for the December 2014 Grand Opening.

Edica Construction of Costa Rica has over 100 men working each and every day on the job site, on the North End of Jaco Beach.

The town of Jaco can feel there presence as the construction team in enjoying all that the local community has to offer, especially the great food.

So much positive impact already.  The locals in Jaco can not believe how fast construction is progressing.  Everyone is saying that this is the fastest construction that Jaco, Costa Rica has ever seen.  I know, because I live here and I can not go anywhere without this sentiment being expressed.

Croc’s Casino Resort Condominiums are dog friendly for residence owners. Dogs of 20 lbs. or less are allowed for full time residents with specially designated areas for you’re the relief and theirs.

Croc's Casino Resort prides itself as being friendly to man's best friend, your dog.  We could not imagine you ]at your new home without being able to bring your loved one.  After all they are part of the family.  Costa Rica has some of the easiest travel policies regarding pets big and small.

Here is an excerpt right from the Condo rules at Croc's so we can be even more specific.

Twelve ARTICLE: PETS

No pets shall be allowed, with the following stipulations:

a)  A dog trained to help a hearing impaired, vision impaired or other disabled person;

b) Owners who permanently live in a residential unit, in which case, one dog is allowed per Unit, for as long as they weigh less than twenty pounds. These dogs cannot be kept in common areas. While temporarily bringing them to common areas, they must be kept on a leash when outside of the unit, and they cannot make excessive noise that may disturb other owners or persons using the condominium units or common areas. Any disabled person or owner that wishes to have a dog under these provisions is required to obtain an authorization from the administrator. The dog owner will be required to avoid depositing the dog’s emissions in common areas and owner must clean up after their dog.  Violation of any of these provisions empowers the condominium administration to demand the owner or authorized person to get the pet removed from the condominium immediately.
