The pool construction is well underway. The sparkling pool is shaping up to be the nicest pool in Costa Rica. Here is a picture in case you have not had a chance to see the final outcome here in Jaco, Costa Rica. Will take some construction photos today and post them up for you all. We are building this project in phases as the permits come in. Pool first. The entire right side of the pool, just on the far side of the bridge pictured is the first of many permits that are allowing this spectacular project to move forward.
Honestly, this is the best time to buy at Croc's Casino Resort. I know I am a little prejudiced, but we have a nice selection of condos to choose from and still at Phase1 pricing. As construction continues demand will become greater. 10% down gets your beachfront condo reserved and your funds can be held in escrow if you wish until the main building construction begins late summer.
