Construction moving rapidly at Croc's Casino Resort!

Construction has been moving at a brisk pace and already the 4th floor is under construction here at Croc's Casino Resort in sunny Jaco Beach, Costa Rica.

The project has been going full steam for a few months now. With the hard work of EDICA, and a staff of Costa Rican construction workers totaling around 100, with 60 being directly from the Jaco Area, the project is due to be completed ahead of schedule.

Already a number of the 44 beachfront condos that will complete the 17-story structure, along with hotel rooms, a Las-Vegas style Casino and four restaurants, have been sold. The project is scheduled to be completed early in 2014 and condo units in Studio, 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom, 3 Bedroom and 2-story Penthouse units, are currently for sale.
